Retail Sales Professional
The Door Shop Store, Inc. is a fast growing business in Grafton, Massachusetts where we manufacture our doors for wholesale and retail sales. We are looking for an experienced, energetic and professional individual to be our In House Sales Representative. Retail and contractor sales leads are generated in house. Compensation is hourly plus commissions.
Responsibilities:
Assist customers with sales of merchandise in our showroom.
Collect and respond to email inquiries, and field sales calls in office.
Promptly follow up on customer inquiries and contractor sales leads.
Process sales orders.
Complete sales transactions and provide information to customers as needed.
Follow up on sales orders and installations.
Provide prompt and excellent customer service 100 % of the time.
Provide weekly sales reports.
Preferred
Qualifications:
Experience in commissioned sales, preferably in the retail home improvement industry.
Basic computer proficiency, Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
Ability to work independently.
Work hours: Tuesday - Friday 10:00 A.M. - 6:00 P.M. and Saturdays 9:00 A.M. - 2:00 P.M.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
